Starter removal 05 e320 CDI

I have researched instructions online but all I could find was how to for the gas engines. I was able to get the lower bolt off but for the life of me I don't have any idea how to get the top bolt off. Does anyone have experience with this booger? This is my 2nd w211 cdi and I am learning alot but this it the first starter replacement for this model that I have tried to tackle. Thanks in advance guys.

Alldata says to feed a long extension past the rear engine mount through the transmission to the upper bolt.

Bolt torque is 42 Nm on reassembly.

Thanks

Yeah I got a tip to use a swivel with an extension and I did it just like that. Funny you mentioned all data, I was just about to subscribe to them when I got the tip. Guess I'll save this subscription for the next time I get stuck. Thanks for the reply, at least this will be here for posterity.
