Granite Grey is not what you think.. pretty feminine in the light. Has pearlecent green and blue undertones. Hardly grey, unless in dim light. Interesting color tho.
I wouldn't order it.

Thanking everyone for all your help. Based on the responses we have eliminated Midnight Blue/Stone.
We are down to White/Charcoal, Black/Ash, and White/Ash in that order. Ash is in the running because we like the contrast from the two different shades of grey and the medium dark wood shows up better (in our opinion) against the lighter grey.
Charcoal Interior
Pro
Formal Look
Easy Maintenance
Cons
Monochromatic
Hotter when parked under the sun
Ash Interior
Pros
Contrasting colors
Match with wood
Third consecutive grey interior (I guess we like grey)
Cons
Stone Interior
Pros
Only interior color with color
Beige hue highlights wood
Sophisticated country look
Cons
High maintenance

Don't forget you're not limited to just E-class colors. For a slight upcharge you can get any current Mercedes paint color.
