hey guys im interesting in getting a E350, i was looking at a 2009 like 100,000 miles anything i should be looking for

Get a PPI done if you are serious about the car. Earlier models had issues with the balance shaft which can be a very costly repair. I don't believe that was an issue with the 2009 models though.
