No, your fog uses different bulbs... For your w211, there are two configurations depending on package.... It will either be H11 (http://www.aznoptics.com/index.php?m...d=morimoto+h11) or 9006 (http://www.aznoptics.com/index.php?m...=morimoto+9006)
Check your owner's manual which identifies which bulb you use. If you don't have your owner's manual, you can pull out the bulb, and shoot us pics of the bulb and we can tell you which you have.

Will this kit be exactly the same in terms of ease of installation?
4500K is more of an OEM look and will match the 4300K LED parking lights I already got from you

Yes, we also have 4500K... even though we offer it, not many like it as it is a soft white, not the pure white you see in today's OEM xenon. However, they will be a better match for the 4300K LEDs.
Morimoto install guide. Just ignore the relay as you have canbus canceller configuration.
These leads go into the original connector? if so how do I know which side is positive on the original connector
is the the relay I’m supposed to leave out?

Also, when you test, turn the car fully on then off, then turn on lights. Doing that resets your front SAM.
