Finally got the AMG E55 exhausts I purchased from eBay installed on my E500.
Muffler shop did a great job on the bumper cutouts using the Dremel tool, contact paper and template I provided.
A little more rumble than stock but not by much.

Wow, that's incredibly clean. Excellent addition! I wonder if doing that mod would be overkill for my E350.

Yes. If you want something that sounds good get a V8.

May of looked cleaner with a e55 rear bumper.

I considered that option but decided against it.
To me it looks cleaner with the stock bumper and cutouts.
Especially since I don't have the side skirts.
