Need immediate advice!! Pressure regulator

Need immediate advice!! Pressure regulator
Ok I have Star c4. I just replaced faulty pressure regulator following every step the star said. Deactivated sbc, took off faulty regulator, put new one on, then bleed the brakes using sbc all went well. Now going through initial start up after repair and when I am at check pretension pressure test it said takes 30 seconds to actuate. I press f3. A window popped up and said take foot off brake. Well there was no foot on the brake to begin with and parking brake also isn't on. Now it's just saying data are being determined please wait....this has been saying that for over 10 minutes nothing has changed. What is the problem I'm having or is this normal or do I need to restart it over again

Perform a restart. I've had my system "hang" on several occasions over the years. When I ran a check pretension pressure test it took ~30 seconds like the computer said. I've also had the service menu on the dash say "unavailable" and that issue was resolved by turning off the car's electronics and disconnecting the diagnostic system; my best guess is the diagnostic system was active and interfering with the confirm service step.

Thank you for the reply. It actually turned out that the customer had a bad brake switch they didn't tell me about so the car thaught the brakes were being pressed.

Thank you for the reply. It actually turned out that the customer had a bad brake switch they didn't tell me about so the car thaught the brakes were being pressed.i even performed a sbc counter reset succeddfully when everything was finished.
