2006 E-350 Dead Command Center + Battery?

Hi everyone! I inherited a 2006 E-350 and the battery seems to drain completely if the car has been parked for more than 4-5 days. I think it is related to the dead command center because sometimes you can hear the CD player clicking but the center won't turn on. I've had to jump the car over and over again. Today, I unplugged 5 fuses from the car hoping this will help. The fuses I pulled were for the radio, audio gateway, cd changer and navigation. Do you think this will help? Not sure what to do at this point. Oh the battery is newish, around 3 years old. Thanks so much for any insight!

P.S. new to this forum so sorry if this has been asked and answered in the past.

Have someone pull fault codes using MB DAS (diagnostics).
