I know that this has been discussed before so I'll be brief. Bought the E320 at the end of March. I talked to the sales rep a few days ago and he told me that "all software updates were installed prior to delivery"
The reason for my concern is the car "hesitates" when driving at slow speeds (parking lots). The sales rep told me that this is "because the software detects an abrupt lift from the gas"...WHAT???
Now, I may not be the brightest crayon in the box, but who is he kidding, and how would he know? I am going to call service and see what story I get from them. This ought to be good.
