Driver headrest goest up, but not down? How to fix
A while back I started noticing the headrest occasionally not wanting to go down and now it seems it doesn't want to work at all. The switch works because I can hear the relay in the seat clicking... but I'm kind of short and someone drove my car and moved the headrest so I'm trying to get it back down. Searching around I can only find threads about the rear end collision feature or the rear headrests, but nothing like this. Any ideas?

Take the seat back off and have a look at what's happening back there. If nothing else you'll be able to take things apart to the point that you can lower the headrest manually.
