E350 2006 with new balance shaft
Engine light
E350 2066 model, I took car to mechanic twice, first time was butterfly triangular bracket was broken, second time vacuum valve needed replacing. note that the light comes on stays on for few days then disappears for few days then on again .... can someone help please... DO I HAVE A DAD MECHANIC ? although he was grown in M/Benz factory

That sounds like the classic intake manifold problem. You can replace some of the parts, but the whole manifold should be replace if you intend to drive it for a few years. But that's just a guess without the actual code and a vague description. The Pierburg mainfold was OEM and a little over $500 for the part.
