04 E500 troubles
A few months back my 04 e500 4 matic wagon wouldn't start. I've tried looking through videos and replacing parts I thought would fix it, but it still refuses to turn over. The engine still cranks, the lights turn, and I just replaced the battery. The air bag suspension has gone completely flat and won't refill when I turn on the car like normal. When I plug in a code reader it read's 0 dtc and the first three monitors are solid; however, the remaining non-continous monitors are all flashing. I would really appreciate anyone's advice.

You need star or iCarsoft to read codes.
Generic ones aren't going to do any good.
Make sure AUX battery in hood is good first of all.
Next would be to check if there are any blown fuses.

I recharged the aux battery and checked the fuses. No red flags came up. I'm missing the 5th fuse and the 14th fuse but they don't appear on the map that came with the car. Is there something else I should check on?

You checked all fuses for continuity pertaining to start? Like the front sam, fuses in passenger floor board etc?
what all parts did you replace?
i would take a coil pack for 1 cylinder and undo them from the spark plugs. See if you see a spark in the dark.

I replaced the Crank shafts position sensor, the mass air flow sensor and the main battery.
3 things needed to start an engine
1. compression
2. spark
3. fuel
guessing you have the first 2 but no guarantee ,, check your fuel rail for pressure when key is in the ON position
