Shifter Part Number?

I have a different shifter that’s seen a lot of use and I want to update it to a nicer and newer design like the one you see in the photo.
I found the picture online, but to search for and buy the shifter, I’ll need the part number.

The picture is from an auction site in German. I went through the entire page, but was unable to find any reference or mention of a part number or anything that would lead me to find it.
it was pretty much, “Here’s what’s for sale. It fits an E series W211”.

Can the knob be replaced without replacing the leather boot?
I have seen the same leather wrapped knob without the boot on sale. If I get that would I be able to pull the old knob and push the replacement in?
