w211 Command Unit Buttons Unresponsive.
Have had this 2003 Mercedes E320 for over 2 years now and had a couple issues with the command unit which where all resolved by removing the number six fuse from the truck fuse box, and the two fuses located on the driver side fuse box and that did not work. l even disconnected the main battery located in the trunk for a good 30 minutes or so and the command unit fires up when l have the key turned in the ignition and l can change the station and volume levels with the steering controls but non of the buttons on the steering wheel work.
Is there any other way to fix this problem or l will have to get a replacement head unit.
