Transmission Fluid Spec Sheet? 2008 E350 4Matic Wagon
Can anyone tell me which spec sheet will list the approved fluids for my transmission? I have a 2008 E350 4Matic wagon. I believe generally the 2008's have the 722.9 transmission, but the 4Matic models were outfitted with the 722.6 transmission. What is the current MB approved fluids sheet for the 722.6?

Thanks, and I've been able to find the 236.xx spec sheets, but unless I'm missing it the sheets do not specify which transmission is associated with the respective spec sheet. Does the 722.6 transmission use the 236.10 sheet? are the 236.xx sheets superceded by each other, with anything on the latest spec sheet ostensibly backwards compatible?

Thank you! I think this is exactly what I need. So if I am reading this right, the 722.6 transmission requires I use the 236.14 sheet to determine compatible fluids for the transmission.

I would just get Shell ATF 134. You can buy it from your local Shell distributor. Much cheaper than the fluid at MB which I think is over $20 a quart. It's around $60 for a case of 12 quarts at a local distributor.
