Multiple Cylinder Misfires

Multiple Cylinder Misfires
On the way to work this morning car was running rough. Scanned codes and come back with P0301, p0302, p0303. These equate to cylinders 1, 2, & 3 misfiring. What would these have in common that would cause them all to go at once. As background this happened about a month ago and the next time I started the car it was gone. My thinking is some sort of electrical connection issue, but don't really have a clue how to go about trouble shooting this right now. Not sure if there might be an ignition component that all three banks have in common.

First suspect would be MAF.
There is possibility that spark plugs fail, but 3 at the same time is not happening.
Not knowing the car mileage and maintenance records we can only speculate.
