Stranded
On my way to visit family and I'm left stranded at a gas station.
Great running car up till this moment. Today was mid 90's with kids and pets on board so was running the ac all day. Filled up with premium full and burned through half a tank avg 21 mpg hwy @ 80mph. Very normal. Came off the expressway to the hey and settled in @ 60. Cruise set and no issues.
Then I noticed the temp gauge bounce from cold to hot to norm. Followed by fuel gauge. Speedo and tach go to zero then back to normal. Blinking warning lights and then multiple malfunction messages. ESP, 2 different display malfunctions, SRS, coolant, cornering lights.....
I noticed the cruise no longer functioning and I cannot shift. Also the kickdown will not downshift. Stuck in 5th which was ok till I came to a stop sign. Poor thing had to grunt across the road to a conveniently placed gas station.
Shut the car off and now no crank and also cannot shift out of park.
30 mins with car off and still no crank.

Sounds like you have a dead battery because your alternator is not charging. Probably just need to replace the voltage regulator/brushes and will be good to go. How many miles are on the car?

x2 on starting with charging system, although lack of battery or convenience warning is strange.
You might have bad electrical connection, or failing module.
Than those cars are too complicated to guess without scanning.
