It is possible to do using SDS software with DAS/Xentry developer edition (for offline SCN coding). The used SBC unit's control interface must be integrated into vehicle's CANBUS so that other control units on the network can communicate with it. Aliexpress is where I got my Star https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2014-Cost-Effective-Mb-Star-C4-for-both-Cars-and-Trucks-with-Xentry-2014-01-Version/1783909054.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.140.1a0d3760 Ks9h8V&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_5_1 0152_10151_10065_10344_10130_10068_10324_10547_103 42_10325_10546_10343_10340_10548_10341_10545_10696 _10084_10083_10618_10307_10059_100031_524_10103_10 624_10623_10622_10621_10620,searchweb201603_6,ppcS witch_5&algo_expid=4c08f92c-e4ce-4c19-a64e-55bbf7046831-20&algo_pvid=4c08f92c-e4ce-4c19-a64e-55bbf7046831&priceBeautifyAB=0 system for ~$300. There are other OBD scan tools that might work too but SDS (Star Diagnostic System) is what dealership uses & truth be known best to have in my opinion if planning to own, drive, & maintain one of these computer controlled vehicles for any length of time. It will pay for itself in 2 uses as most if not all dealerships typically charges $150 for single SDS session.
