E220 2009 Aircon problem

Hi All,
I have been trying to look here for all the aircon problems and I haven't found a solution yet. Please accept my apologies if this is duplicated.

Background : I had a water pump failure 3 years ago. Before this the AC worked like a charm and I never needed a gas recharge. After the pump failure,2 years ago my ac was blowing warm air and I filled gas from indie thinking it must be low on gas (after all I had never filled it before). Then again last year the same issue reoccurred - and I took it to Wayne Merc Specialist in Harrow. They filled the gas with dye and informed me of a small leak on ac radiator. They replaced and assured me that they couldn't locate any other leak. As summers are short in UK - I didn't get much out of AC then - until earlier this month when it has been blowing hot air intermittently.

Problems :
1. Passenger side blows warm air no matter if it is zoned or whatever temperature. Driver side is def lower temp.
2. The AC seems to be blowing cold air for a few mins and then slowly the coldness in air goes down (even on driver side)
3. In addition to (2), the AC also seems to slow the fan gradually even when the car has not cooled
4. There is hardly any air pressure in the vents for the rear seats
5. The rear seat passenger side vent is hot air where as driver side is cooler in essence

I took the car back to Wayne but no luck so far. I am just wanting a reliable car with ac and its my lifeline and often I need to drive far for work. Please help me guys.....
