Search the forum for Extended Warranty from Lisa Lehrbaum, Finance Manager at Courtesy Motors in Chico, CA. Contact Info: lisamarie@llehrbaum.net or lisamariechico@yahoo.com for email, phone 1-800-655-3535 or (530) 230-3154. Link

Standard 7yr/100K from MB is $2650, others have mentioned as low as $1680 from Lisa. I tried contacting her when I was buying my car last month, but didn't have any luck... so I ended up getting it from the dealer, who only went down to $2100, I'm sure you can do better with more haggling.

My wife thinks we are going to buy this car (rather than lease). One reason is she thinks we are keeping it longer that our usual 30-36 months (if we had purchased our current E39 530 we would be keeping it, no real reason to trade other than lease end).

So the extended warranty is probably something we will look at. Either for our benefit or to help resale and for the benefit of the next owner.

So, did anyone get it under $2k?

Thanks,

David
