MY IPHONE 7 SAYS CONNECTED TO MB (2007 E550) MY CAR ON NAV DISPLAY SAYS NO PHONE CONN
2007 E550 MY IPHONE7 SAYS IT HAS BEEN PAIRED AND IS CONNECTED TO MB. MY CAR DISPLAYS NO PHONE CONNECTED . THE "PUCK" IS ON AND FLASHES BLUE DURING PAIRING . HAVE REMOVED PUCK/REINSTALLED AND TRIED AGAIN. STILL SAME. HAVE REMOVED MB DEVICE FROM PHONE AND REINSTALLED - SAME RESULT- HAVE PULLED ALL APPLICABLE FUSES AND LEFT OUT 15 MINS. REINSTALLED - SAME RESULT....THIS PHONE WAS FINE A WEEK AGO...JUST STARTED DOING THS

My puck flashes while trying to pair but shows a solid blue when the connection is made.
I don't have an IPhone. I do know that I had some pairing issues on some phones and found that shutting down the phone and restarting it would solve things. In my case, the issues were with the phone rather than with the car.
IPhones just got a new IOS-12? Did you get it, and did you problems start about that time?
