e320 chrome tips

So I finally ordered chrome tips for my e320 from performanceproducts.com. I received shatz tips and not gap (as recommended in several of the threads on this topic). Anyone know if gap makes tips for the e320 and not just the e500? Would the e500 tips fit on the e320?

From the various threads on this topic, Shatz were described as being obvious, whereas the gap tips appeared more like they belonged.

I haven't put the tips on yet because I can't return them if I ruin them accidentally during the install.

Anyone have any new opinions on tips on the e320?

Thanks for your feedback!!!

TIPS

i got some from perf products as well and ended up returning them. i figured they would look really weird in the winter as white smoke would not be coming from tips.
