2007 Mercedes Benz E550
2007 E550 fuse question

In an attempt to get my rear sunshade working, I read this thread https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...-location.html suggesting to take a look at fuse F020 in the rear of the car. I looked back there and notice that this particular fuse location, and no other fuse locations, has what almost looks like an orange insert between the fuse and the fuse slot, that the existing fuse is plugged into. So I can pull the fuse (it looks fine) and there remains, in just that fuse spot, an orange plasticy bit. So the fuse is pulled out of the orange plastic bit that is plugged into the fuse location, and not the actual fuse location. I gave a firm pull to the orange part after removing the fuse and it seems like it is attached or intended to be there. What is up with that and/or why is this fuse location specifically (for something as unimportant as the rear sunshade) have an orange piece around it, or is this something else? I tried to get a pic, but being in the trunk it didnt turn out, will try to get another pic later.

Thanks! any help appreciated.
