Xtrons after market head unit??

I have a 2005 E320 CDI. LOVE the car, but the radio is just not up to par. Unfortunately, my car has fiber optic cabling, so my upgrade options are VERY limited. I've heard about Xtron. Contacted the company and they said this unit fits the E280 and they THINK it might fit the E320, but they're not sure if the wiring is the same in E320 as it is in the E280:

I've sent multiple emails to Xtron. No response. Is this unit plug and play? Has anyone else done this install? I'm pretty handy, but with no customer support, I don't know if I can do this install myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There are several different xtrons units. Check out the video on YouTube. There are some detailed reviews.

At the very least you're going to need a
fiber optic converter fiber optic converter
if you have a NTG-1 head unit. Let us know how you make out. I'm considering one of these for my car as well.
