What's the VIN? You should have the bluetooth puck in the center console. If not, there should be a connector for it. If there's no connector, then the car might not have had the bluetooth option which you could figure out from the vin with a vin decoder. If you have the connector, you can pick up the puck on eBay, the silver one is the 2nd generation and the brown one is the 3rd.

Your car isn't wired for bluetooth and it's usually not worth it to put it in afterwards as the parts are usually thousands. You would normally have option code 389 which is the mobile pre-installation.

You don't have radio.
You have command center with build-in radio. Not cheap replacement.
Chinese make android replacement, but their quality is very questionable.

Mercedes uses fiber optics for their audio system and they're all wired together. So there's only a few systems that will work with it and it's typically some knock off Android system that may or may not work right.
