Hello guys, new to the forum. And new to Mercedes. Lots of questions but letīs start with one of them. I belong to those "weirdos" who like the advantages and looks of slightly bigger tires (not rims) and my question is how fat tyres I can fit under my W211 wagon? I think 225/55R16" is standard size for my car but Iīm thinking of putting some 235/55R17" under there. Anyone tried or know if these dimesions will fit or do I have to do recalculate? (235/60R16" ?)

I have 245/40R18 in the front and 275/35R18 in the rear which was an optional size for the sport version, they should fit in the wagon as well. I could also fit my wife's SL 255/40R18 and 285/35R18 without any rubbing.
