Trying to diagnose a P0442 on 2007 E350 I recently acquired.
EVAP system Diagram with part numbers would be highly appreciated! So far:
- replaced gas cap
- checked(visually) EVAP connections to engine
- replaced one broken clamp(CEL returned)
- checked (remove/install) charcoal canister
- visual Inspection of connections to canister
- remove/install canister valve at top of charcoal canister. O-ring visually in good condition
Will begin by replacing rubber fuel lines connecting components as I diagnose.
Any other advise on testing methodology would be appreciated.

Purge valve likely problem
attached my vacuum pump to the purge valve and it holds vacuum from the engine side, but immediately and quickly lost vacuum when attached to the EVAP end of the valve.
New purge valve on order! Will update if fixed 🤞

EVAP OBD II Monitor
any advise on setting the EVAP OBDII monitor?
On 2nd 20 minute idle cycle per instructions at this link: https://m.smogtips.com/OnlineForumQu...LK-Drive-Cycle
No codes but EVAP monitor still shows incomplete.
Any advise?

Still waiting for EVAP monitor to come ready!
completed 4+ drive cycles, 2 of which were 50 miles plus. I’ve also let it idle at 0-load for 20 minutes twice(starting at 80C).
No EVAP codes, but an errant, pending P0025 popped up. Shouldn’t affect the EVAP monitor.
Any insight appreciated!
