Hello everyone can anyone give advice on what can be reason my fuel pressure is 10psi with ignition on and only goes to 20 psi after starting the car. When just sixteen months ago the gas tank was replaced by dealer on a recall and i assume they replaced the fuel pump , filter etc..any input would be appreciated its a 2003 E320 w211
