Different languages not only have different words, but also different logic, so knowing several helps in case like that
So what I get from it, the right-hand drive W211 has bad leveling, that doesn't change during drive, but the command has no option for different languages.
Not sure why the languages are combined with leveling errors, but sounds like OP speaks only single language and, who he doesn't have in car menu.
Pictures say 1000 words and the language doesn't matter?

His "Command" isn't working even though the "Command" lever is on the steering column? Maybe he's trying set it up in his language but it's not listed in the service menu of the radio unit? Or the radio unit has been swapped out? Does it make any sounds when you pull back on the "Command" stalk on the steering wheel column and hold it for a few seconds?

He's not missing much. I have it and the early ones where pretty basic as to what they could do. I guess back in the day when you had an integrated cell phone with it there was a "Gee Golly Wow" factor to amuse your friends and family.
