Where is the harness connector I3 on Passenger SAM connected to?

Yes. Googled for a few days and haven't found an answer to that question. That plug is pulling down the supplied 12vdc on I1 plug to 9.8 volts causing no lights on right headlight assy. Headlight assy is tested good on left side and it works correctly. Also replace the passenger sam and problem remains the same.

Thanks for your google link. It didn't address I3 cabling and i am still googling for it.
