Difference between e200cdi and e220cdi in engine

Difference between e200cdi and e220cdi in engine
Can someone explain me what the difference on the engine between e200 122hp and e220 150hp w211 cause i think that they are the same only the software is different please help

At least displacement (2148 cm3) is the same, but the 220 seems to have balance shafts, the weaker variant not.

Is it OM651 engine?
I have seen it with about dozen different HP ratings. Even the 2014 model I have is rated 195 HP in US, or 210 (?) HP in Europe.
Differences I think are due different emission attachments and different programs for different fuels.
Early OM651 had less HP I think due to smaller turbo.
