Passenger seat headrest malfunction!

2005 E320
Passenger seat headrest malfunction!
Greetings! Noticed a little electrical gremlin I'd like to get sorted out on my 05 E320 (gasoline with dynamic seats)

When moving the passenger seat forward or backwards, the headrest always moves up in tandem, sort of like the headrest switch is linked to the forward/backwards. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

if you move the seat back the car thinks that you are adjusting it for a taller person and will automatically raise the headrest
