Advice to you. Go to the top of the page, drop down the menu labeled "Threads", select "Advanced". Try various combinations using "keyless go", e.g. "keyless go trouble" or "keyless go not working". Read to your heart's content. You'll learn much more by reading the threads and pick up extraneous information that will assist you with other issues that may arise with your car.
Note: it will cost you ~$400 plus about 30-60 minutes of your time to replace the broken parts if it is the simple problem. If not, add more money.

You need new door handles. They're around $200 each plus labor to install.
It's a DIY thing if you're competent. It took my friend about 10 minutes to replace the driver's door one on my E63 (they charge a lot more). He's been doing this for about 20 years so it's not the first time he's done it.
