REST button for A/C
when i pushed the button before i could here the fan frequency / speed increase, although as of late it does nothing.
is there an electronic actuator and where is it ?

REST button works only with engine off, but has 2nd function for activating sensors reading.
In no case you should hear change in fan speed.
