05 (gas ) e class released today new pricing
05 e-class cars have been released as of july 1st pricing e320w 48500
e500w 56900 e55 amg 79500 e320 s 50750 e500s 60500
additionally wagons will not be released until the 9th of july 4matic option still at 2500. will post cost of options a.s.a.p flint grey delayed until september production,

Also, MarcusBenz says there's no gas guzzler tax for 05 E500s. Could that just be for California, or is it National. Window sticker also show $1300 for gas guzzler tax.
Maybe I'm getting jerked around?? Appreciate any advice and counsel.

the gas guzzler tax is based on the average fleet MPG of all cars. so have other cars in the lineup improved MPG? does the CDI count (it should). the manufacturer can also choose exactly which models to apply it to.
