Front Torque Arm Question

The bushings in my front torque arms (torque struts, strut rods, radius rods, whatever name you want to go with lol) are bad. I ordered new bushings from FCP Euro and planned on changing them today. After removing the bushing bolt and popping the arm down I checked the ball joint end at the spindle (while still attached there) and there is play in it. Can I get the ball joint end and replace it or is this one of those pieces that the ball joint is built in and not replaceable? I can't seem to find a part number for the ball joint...

Edit: Car is a 2005 E500 Sport rwd

OEM strut rod left is part 2113304911, right 2113305011 EPC does not show ball joint being available separately.

Return the bushing and get the whole arm from FCP. That way if any part of it goes bad, bushing or ball joint, you can send it back and get a free replacement from them in the future.

Make sure the weight of the car is in the wheels and then tighten it. As much as u can is good.
