How do I remove the cover of the carrier tray with the telecomm module?

How do I remove the cover of the carrier tray with the telecomm module?
I've been trying to remove the cover for the carrier tray (in the trunk) that holds the telecommunications and microphone modules. I already remove the front bolts and the front of the cover lifts up but it appears to be stuck in the back. I there anything else I need to do to remove the cover? WIS removal docs don't describe anything other than removing the front bolts. Is it just stuck because the car is old (2003)? I don't want to force the cover off and end up breaking something. Thanks.
