Strange Front Power Seats Sync Problem

Hi There,

I searched and found some info, tried with no success.

I own a 2003 E500 AMG.

The problem is, both front seats are not able to move forward either from control buttons or from memory buttons. I'm able to hear relays clicking from both when I hit the buttons. When I remove both memory module and power fuses and wait for 10 mins then install them back, they only move forward for one trial up to the front limit (to a position which probably nobody can sit ). for the second trial, they don't. All of the other positioning options seem to be fine for both.

Any ideas, comments?

Thanks in advance,
Kerem

If you have not already done so turn off both easy entry & key dependent, remove fuses as before. No change, consider having someone pull/erase fault codes and renormalize both seat modules using MB DAS (diagnostics).
