Question Keyless Go Not Entirely Working - What to replace?

My 2008 E63 is having some issues with the keyless entry. I've been doing some research to try and diagnose the issue with the Keyless Go functionality, without having to go to the dealership to get it diagnosed. If you look at my pretty little diagram below, there are varying levels of functionality depending on which door you are trying to lock/unlock. I read that the Keyless Go modules reside in either of the rear doors, so I've tried locking/unlocking from in-front of and behind the rear doors, resulting in no difference.

The issue doesn't seem to come from faulty antennas, but it doesn't seem to be the modules themselves either. Any idea on what I need to replace to get everything working?

Thanks for any help in advance!

If you never changed the door handles, it's basically the door handles, especially when you have one function and not the other. They're about $250-$300 for the handles depending on the color and where you buy them online. I wouldn't bother with buying any used ones on eBay, it's just a poor design, water eventually gets into the switches and they corrode so it's just a matter of time. It's a very easy DIY job.

Its the door handles bro. They go bad like its their job. I've replaced my driver front and rear two times since I've owned my car in the last 6 years (3 total sets of handles on those two doors)
