Question Alignment and height out of whack

So took the E350 for alignment and the dealer said that everything is bad, it's too low (which I noticed, I don't like low cars but I thought it was part of the sport package), it has a bad rear passenger hub and some damage on the front driver side (which it's the only thing that happened to me as I hit some tire debris on the freeway)
Anyway, attached are the measurements, you can see how bad they are after the adjustments.
Of course, the repair bill would be shy of $8K at the dealer (I'll ask my indy shop next service time)
The car drives better (despite being off, I guess it was wayy off before) and I am trying to decide if I want to fix anything, live with it, DIY, ... so let me ask you, what would you do?
Miles are 101K or so
Thanks.

Ride height changes alignment. Trying to get it aligned before bringing to proper ride height is a waste of time and money.

Or, if you're happy with the ride height, replace the bad parts, and tell them to align the car. If this is AFTER they adjusted, they are terrible. No matter what, they should have been able to get the toe in spec of all things. Unless they are saying that you have bad tie rods (inner/outer/both). Because they didnt even get the toe in spec...

Have you replaced any suspension components previously? The alignment numbers you posted look similar to what I had before I started replacing all of the worn out suspension parts. If you are a DIYer, you can save a ton of money by ordering the parts online and doing it yourself. Buy quality OEM (Lemfoerder) or MB parts. Check out FCPEuro as they have a lifetime warranty on parts. Anything that has a rubber bushing or a ball joint should probably be changed. While there, might as well replace the worn shock absorber. Once replaced, then get it aligned. You will notice the car will ride like new. Short list of parts to inspect/replace: Upper ball joint, lower ball joint, spring control arm, lower control arm, outer tie rod, shock absorber, stabilizer bar links.

Just had the same issue with mine. I replaced the inner and outer tie rods (300k miles) and they are sitting at -1.5 on both sides. The Dealer said Cam Bushings and Cam Bolt kits need changed...that would get it to 0. Also advised I should change springs and shocks. Unfortunately I like the ride height so I am debating drop springs or coilovers before having it aligned again. I recommend changing the bushings and cam bolt...that should get you to 0ish

Thanks for the replies so far, in line with what I was thinking, in short: everything is worn out and it has a couple "incidents" one in front driver and the other rear passenger
I try to do my own work, but I really don't want to mess with this stuff right now, just finished a transfer replacement on the LR and an engine rebuild on the VW <sigh>

Thanks again.

FWIW...I paid $250 in parts on Amazon and spent 3 hours on the lift replacing parts...this fixed the issue.
