Any experience with Suncore remfg airmatic struts?

I am looking at the cheapest, quickest way to get my E500 back on the road while I debate whether to convert to coil springs (I'm leaning away from doing so). Since I've determine the problem is the front passenger side strut, the most cost-effective thing to do is to replace that strut with an OEM strut manufactured by Suncore. This retains all the ADS functionality, keeps it in parity with the OEM strut on the driver's side, and won't throw codes since it is all OEM.

I only need this solution to last a few months until I decide what to do with the car (which might even include trading it in on a gently used GLE).

Does anyone have experience with the remanufactured OEM struts from Suncore for their W211? If results are favorable, I may just install a pair and call it good...

Bump, I'm researching the same thing for my E550. I will probably go Arnott, but wanting to check on all options.

I just saw this. I replaced my fronts with the Suncore's. They give you a return label for the cores and it saved me a ton of money. Had it installed about 1.5 years ago and no issues. I highly recommend them. I may just go with the whole conversion kit soon, which is only around $500 for my E55, and should only cost me around $380 after i return the cores. They sell them cheap because of the returned cores where they fix them up and resell them.

find a used set of E350 sport springs, coils overs and rear lower control arms. Problem solved.

I just bought the conversion kit from them for my 07 E550, $500.08 will get $120.00 back for the front air struts when returned, installed the front's on friday on the ground in my driveway took about 2.5 hrs. very easy to do the swap, left the system active, all seems to be working ok at this time with no problems in the rear, and as far as the front I really can't tell a difference but I never thought the air ride was that great anyway,as long as the rear still works I'll wait till the weather cools down and then do the rear when it's not 90 degrees outside

Just an fyi; the rear air spring and shock are two separate units. If you are going to replace the air spring, you might as well replace the shocks also. The rear shocks are known to go bad and you will usually hear some sort of clunk or thump coming from the rear.
