Power steering/electrical problem in W211

The first symptom of the current problem with my 2002 E240 W211 was that in the middle of driving, the AC stopped blowing. I rolled down the window, then when I tried to roll it back up, it didn't work. I turned the car off and then on again a few minutes later and everything returned to normal like before.

All was well for a few days, then in the middle of driving my AC stops blowing and my power steering stops working. Turning the car off and on does nothing. Parked it for two days then started today, same thing no power steering or AC. Display said Visit Workshop and had a picture of a battery. Drove it around and after 15 minutes or so of driving, the car started beeping constantly and the display read "Stop Vehicle, Brake defective" and "Battery/Alternator Visit Workshop." Brakes were working fine.

What is the most likely cause of this issue?
