W211 Xenon (Bi-Xenon) headlights
Good day everyone. I bought a 2003 W211 E500 from the US to Europe. The car had a little accident, and now I have to replace passenger (right) side headlight. Now two questions come up to my mind:
1) do all W211 xenon headlights work as bi-xenons? My VIN number shows code "614 BI-XENON HEADLAMPS FOR RIGHT-HAND TRAFFIC". I can't find any other code in the internet, that would say "XENON HEADLAMPS FOR RIGHT-HAND TRAFFIC".
2) Most US cars have DOT headlight beam pattern, which means pattern is straight without any curves. In Europe we use ECE left-hand drive (right-hand traffic) pattern, which curves to the right side. So if I consider 614 code, my headlight beam pattern should have curve to the right side, even though it says "494 U.S. VERSION"?
