Hi, I haven't installed wireless charging on my 2008 e300 (very close to your e350), however I did investigate doing so some time back.

I researched and came up with three possible wireless charging pucks that I could install in the centre console. This would require two changes:
- remove the cup holder insert to open up the space in the consolde
- wire the charger into the 12V system of the car, probably parallel off of the cigarette lighter socket

1. Anker 10W Wireless Charger, Qi-Certified Wireless Charging Pad
2. Spigen Essential Fast Wireless Charger
3. mophie Wireless Charge Pad Apple Optimized 7.5W

I would also think you'd need a 12V-USB charger with enough capacity to supply 15W of power to any charger pad you select. I never got past the design stage so I can't guarantee that I haven't thought of everything.
