Om 646 power

I am looking into making my e220cdi om646 150hp faster, and I have A few questions about fitting om648 turbo, so Is it hard to fit om648 turbo? what are the exact mods to do this? will I need to swap electronics from stock turbo on om648 turbo? or everything will fit bolt on ? will the car drive normally with om648 turbo or adjustiments with Star diagnostic needed ?

I have a similar question. I want to run faster can someone please provide a step by step procedure for a heart transplant---will I run faster and what else should I swap to meet my objective

Some people say you can achieve 200-220hp with swaping om648 turbo, bigger intercooler, and remap
I am also wondering how much torque could stock auto transmission handle

Hi guys, I know that this may be a bit late, but maybe it will help.

I'm not entirely sure about fitting OM648 turbo on the OM646 engine, but there's an option i found recently for the OM646 that plug and play.

With a nice intercooler proper ECU tune, and maybe a high-flow DP you can get 220+ HP. I think it may be easier than trying to fit a different turbo.
