TRANSMISSION ISSUES
I have an 08 E350 and everytime i shift from P to D the transmission jerks the car forward, this doesn’t happen while I’m driving it only happens when I shift from P to D or R to D and sometimes when im coming the a stop the car has trouble downshifting i can feel the transmission jerk whenever I come to a sudden stop
My engine mounts are broken do you guys think replacing the mounts will fix this issue?

Great advice above. Yes, replace the motor mounts. Also your transmission problem might be fixed by replaced the transmission connector. You should also change the fluid and filter as that's supposed to be done every 39k.

You can also get the motor mounts there along with the transmission mount. Transmission mount is very easy to change, motor mounts will take a little bit longer.
