W211 Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint Alingnment

I will attempt to change W211 Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint. There is a great manual by SZMB https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...oint-w211.html. I have purchased a kit that includes the Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint. The ball joint on the right side is shot. If I replace the whole arm and ball joint... will it need realignment? If that is the case I will just change the ball joints. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you

Honestly I would suggest an alignment after new ball joints anyways...

Some say by rule of thumb if you do one side do the other! It'll save you in the long term.

Do both sides if money allows.
Get an alignment afterwards. Or expect some weird tire wear.
