Radiator Help!!
First time here, forgive me if I’m not posting correctly but here goes. I have a 2003 E500 and I recently replaced the alternator, left a light under the hood, which busted my fan shroud. Replaced the fan shroud, and now my car is peeing radiator fluid from driver side (pics attached) I checked all hoses and I see no leaks there. Also, no hot air blowing with heater on. Never happened until this fan shroud mess. Related?
Facing my car. Leaking from where I circled.

Welcome! Please post a photo of the E Class.
Because the leak and cold heater happened near the shroud incident, to me it is likely they are related. There could be a cracked fitting that is not easy to see.
One option is a new radiator but you first need to find the actual cause (source) of leaking and no heat.

For pinpointing the leak, wipe the visible coolant and wrap the area with paper towels. That with proper timing will show what exactly leaks.

purchase an extendable/ telescopic mirror, round is the best I found, about 2 inches diameter. And a small LED fashlight that has a beam to help locate the source of the leak. Hopefully only a rubber hose was punctured. If the radiator is cracked at an inlet, maybe JB weld epoxy can repair it. A radiator shop can tell you if its toast.
