Airmatic compressor

When you have no air after short stop, the compressor will start to build the pressure lost due the leak.
But that is indication you have a leak and you are killing the compressor by making it working overtime.
Not saying that leak pumps lot of condensation inside the system.

So where should I start, since I had a leak in the rear struts, and my pump was running less than a month almost every day, to pump the rear struts?Could it be my pump, just dying?

I had air system problem in years when $150 scanners for MB did not exist, so I simply put a tee on the main line and hook up pressure gauge.
Then when I was ready to dive under the car with spray bottle, I removed the gauge and hook up shop compressor to it, to have constant pressure.
In my case it turned that I had pinhole in 4mm tubing- right under differential, that would hold 80 psi, but would open with higher pressure.
That's how tricky the system can be.

Also appreciate any tips and suggestions.
