scroll down to "manage attachments" and click on it to attach your file. Be sure that any pix does not exceed 600x800 resolution or you won't be able to attach them.

hey,
all you have to do is type whatever up, then at the bottom there is a link called "Manage Attachments" click that, and you can browse to select your picture, but make sure that your picture is smaller enough, if its to big, MBW wont allow it, if you take pics with a digital camera, just leave the res in the lowest setting. GL
