MISFIRE, HELP NEEDED.po356.
So ive done a tune up complete, 06 e350, due to a misfire in #6cyl.after tune up code gone during my second test drive misfire comes back, scan engine and #6 cyl again so i swap the coil and plugs with #5 and the #6 still has the misfire,Arrrgh. So i went from a p300,p306to a p0356.

A proper scanner will monitor a continuous primary circuit fault for each cylinder. Back probing the cyl #6 control circuit with a scope will show the most. Did you run it with an ungrounded coil. The rest of the story?... :-)

Performed the balance shaft repair replaced everything while i was in there knock sensors,plugs coils cylinder heads rebuilt both batteries replaced,now upon installing the intake my left side gasket shifted causing misfire, replaced the intake gasket again new, all ok except for misfire on #6 replace coil and plug misfire gone "hooray" test drive car all good second drive literally around the corner from the house misfire comes back,and stays swaped coil and plug with another cylinder #6 still misfire, and no i didn't start with coil grounds loose. There you have it the whole story.
